I work with people who are ready to make lasting changes in their movement. Looking at the mind-body connection in a science based way, you’ll start to coordinate the two back together again. The blocks in your body and recurrent injuries will finally start to shift because you’re addressing the thought and movement patterns that are keeping them going. Through movement and imagery, you’ll learn how to use your brain in a practical way to transform your body.
As far as the part of the body that made the most difference, for me it was my HEAD, meaning my brain. Everything I do, (or don’t do) with regard to holding my body in certain ways starts with thinking about it first, focusing on doing it the right way.
