For the past few weeks my right hip has been hurting/burning because I’ve been doing stretches to try and loosen up that area. Last night it was really burning. I went upstairs to lay flat, and I decided just to watch the Day 2 video instead. I did the sit bone exercises and to my amazement the pain went away and is still gone this morning. I surely didn’t expect that at all! I love these videos.
