Welcome to the program videos! These two videos will set you up for the whole course – thery’re the most improtant in my opinion. Within these two videos you’re going to take a look at your thoughts and how they have an affect on your body (and even on your life). How you can start to take control of and direct your mental focus. Next, you’re going to think of your intention and focus on that throughout your workout. By focusing on an intention or goal within movement you’ll start to pattern that within your body. That’s how you start to make those lasting changes; introduce a new way of thinking/moving and then reinforce that by practice. You get better at whatever it is you’re practicing! Repetion will create that new habit!
